Who We Are
Meta Lab builds methods for the mind, grounded in peer-reviewed neuroscience. We study how recurrent thought patterns can be interrupted, how self-observation can be cultivated, and how sustained contemplative practice changes brain and behavior.
We also study what cognitive work depends on: sleep, gut, movement, autonomic regulation, and the heart-brain system. We don't build interventions in those domains. We teach what the evidence shows, and point toward the specialists who do.
